Fall 2011 Calendar

September 5	Labor Day Campus Closed
September 6	Classes Begin Payment for Tuition/Fees due by September 19
September 19	Tuition/Fees due by 6PM -Pay your fees in full -Sign a Credit Agreement Plan and make a down payment Last day to receive 100% refund (less $100 withdrawal fee) for dropping semester-long classes Registration deadline for financial aid eligibility Last day to add semester-long classes (faculty permission required). Additional fees for adding classes must be paid within 24 hours, or next business day, unless you have a signed Credit Agreement on file with teh Business Office and have a minimum of $200 paid for tuition.
October 3	Last day to receive 50% refund for dropping semester-long classes
October 17	First Credit Agreement installment due 50% of tuition balance
October 12	Associate Degree applications due
November 14	Credit Agreement installment due Last day to drop/withdraw/change from credt to audit for semester-long classes (no tuition/fee refunds).
November 24-25	Thanksgiving Recess. No classes
December 16	Last day of classes
December 17	Study Day
December 19-23	Final Exams

Spring 2012 Calendar

November 15 - 28	Early Enrollment Degree-seeking continuing students and admitted transfer and re-entry students are eligible to enroll in PRISM. Holds - Students with holds will not be allowed to enroll until the hold has been removed. Check PRISM to see if you have a hold on your record.
November 29 - January 22	Open Enrollment Students who are not seeking a degree from UW-Waukesha may enroll during open enrollment. In addition, degree-seeking students may continue to enroll and make schedule changes.
January 23	First Day of Classes

February 3 February 5	Deadline to add a course. Tuition/fees are due by 4:00 p.m. To avoid being charged a $100 late payment fee (including fees not covered with financial aid), pay tuition/fees in full by 4:00 pm a. Pay at the Business Services Office with cash/check b. Use the drop box (must be in the Business Services Office by 4pm) with check c. Pay by mail (must be in the Business Services Office on this date) check d. Pay online with web check or credit card, Master Card, or Discover Sign the Credit Agreement and pay the down payment (for full details check the website) a. Download the Credit Agreement from the web site and give Business Services Office credit agreement b. Pay at least $100.00 or more on the account Last day to withdraw from semester long classes and receive 100% of tuition less a $100 withdrawal charge
February 19	Last day to receive 50% refund for dropping semester-long classes
March 2	First Credit Agreement installment due by 4:00 p.m.
March 14	Associate Degree applications due
March 19 - 23	Spring Recess. No classes
March 30	Final Credit Agreement installment due by 4:30 p.m.

April 8	Easter Sunday Campus Closed.
