FALL 2012 Tuition - Payment Plans - Parking

YOU will NOT receive an Invoice for Fall Tuition—Check your PRISM account to see what you owe. Once you are registered, you are responsible for your tuition.

Last day to withdraw from fall classes and get a refund of the advance tuition deposit.

First day of Fall 2012 classes

No-Show Policy - Attendance is Required If you do not attend the first class session and have not contacted your instructor by E-mail, phone, or mail, you will be dropped from the class. If you do not attend the first class session of any of your classes, you will be withdrawn and charged a $100 withdrawal fee.

Sept 17

Tuition/fees are due in full 

1. pay tuition/fees in full
a. pay at the Business Office—cash/check (office closes at 6:00 pm)
b. use the drop box (must be in the Business Office by 6:00 pm)—check payment only.
c. pay by mail (must be in the Business Office on Sept. 17, 2012) please allow at least 5 business days—check payment only.
d. pay on-line with web check or credit card (additional 2.5% processing fee is assessed if using a debit or credit card)-MasterCard or Discover only.
2. pay with the credit agreement option (please read and follow the steps listed on the other side.); you must complete a. and b. below.
a. If you completed the Credit Agreement in a prior semester, pay an additional $100 by 6:00 pm on Sept. 17, 2012.
b. down load the (Credit Agreement) form from the website; sign it and return the form to the Business Office by 6:00 pm
c. make the down payment of $100.00 by 6:00 pm (also if agreement on file)
3. pay any balance not paid by financial aid or enroll in the payment plan by 6:00 pm If you plan to attend, you must pay your tuition on time.
If your plans change and you will not be attending, you must officially withdraw. You may withdraw on PRISM or at the Enrollment Services Office.
 
Last day to withdraw from semester long classes and receive 100% refund of tuition less a $100 withdrawal fee.  (See refund chart below for short-term classes.)

 

Sept 17

Financial Census Date & Last day to withdraw from semester long classes without receiving a "W" grade and receive 100% refund of tuition less a $100 withdrawal fees. (See refund chart below for short-term courses.)

Financial Aid Disbursement

Sept 18

The $100 late payment fee is added to all accounts with an unpaid balance and not on the Credit Agreement with a minimum $200 down payment.

Sept 19

First electronic disbursement of financial aid-aid will be applied to students’ accounts whose financial aid packages are complete. Overpayment amount checks will be mailed directly to the students from the Central Office in Madison.

Sept 19

Financial aid waivers are removed. Financial aid recipients with unpaid balances will be assessed a $100 late payment charge.

October 1
 

Last day to receive 50% refundfor dropping semester-long classes if paid in full. (See the refund chart below for short-term courses.)

Oct 15

First credit agreement installment is due—pay in person, through drop box, by mail (must be received in the Business Office by this date), or on PRISM.

Oct 16

A $35 penalty will be assessed on any late credit agreement plan.

Nov 8

Clear date for financial aid payments. Students who withdraw from ALL classes ON or AFTER this date retain 100% of financial aid disbursed.

Nov 12

Last day to drop a class with a "W" grade.

Final credit agreement installment is due—pay in person, through drop box, by mail (must be received in the Business Office by this date), or on PRISM.

Nov 13

A $35 penalty will be assessed on anyone late on the credit agreement plan.
