Refund and Cancellation Policy
The UW-Waukesha Continuing Education Department accepts cancellation requests in writing for non-credit classes (e-mail or letter) no less than 24 hours prior to class start. Cancellation requests received in writing that conform to this policy will be considered as eligible for a voucher. Vouchers may be used toward a future class within one year of issue date. Sorry, the department does not honor cancellations regardless of time submitted for food, beverage, trips, or credit courses due to non-refundable advance payments that CE must make on students’ behalf. Refund Policy for Credit Courses
A $125.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your account at the time of enrollment. Refund requests for the remainder of tuition paid must be received via email or letter format. They will be reviewed, assessed and you will be notified of the decision via email. Decisions are made by an appeal committee and are based on information supplied by student. Approved cancellations will be refunded any tuition money paid minus the $125.00 non-refundable deposit.
