WAUKESHA –
University
of Wisconsin-Waukesha
academic departments recognized the work of three students
this year, conferring departmental honors at the Honors & Degree
ceremony Thursday, May 22. Additionally, nine students received
achievement awards for their extracurricular efforts.

department may nominate students to honor for academic work that has
been truly outstanding in that discipline. These awards are
bestowed only when individual departments so designate; therefore,
not every department gives honors each year.
