Facilities

The UW-Waukesha provides community groups a meeting place for cultural and educational pursuits. Food Service and technical equipment service is also available to help make your event successful.

UW-Waukesha has several types of meeting facilities. Rooms range from small seminar rooms holding 10 to as large as 335 in our Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Many rooms may be set up in various styles to accommodate your needs.

Community groups may reserve space on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be charged a rental fee.

Special arrangements can be made to cater your food needs from coffee and rolls to a full scale banquet. Please contact Food Service by calling (262) 650-9886. A Private Dining Room is also available for groups wishing to eat on campus when holding all day meetings.
